2.4 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 5bmw1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5bmw1 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending AML review. 2.5 KYC Verification

3.1 Account Security

Accounts that have not recorded any login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. 5bmw1 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances following thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the registered email address. The maximum fee applicable will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate inactive accounts by logging in and contacting support.
3.4 Minors Protection
If you suspect that a person under the age of 21 has accessed the 5bmw1 Platform using your account credentials, you must notify 5bmw1 immediately and change your password. 5bmw1 cooperates fully with PAGCOR investigations into underage access. All wagers placed by a minor through an adult's account are void.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
5bmw1 currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 5bmw1 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to the 5bmw1 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 5bmw1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or GCash/PayMaya maintenance windows.
4.3 Own Funds Requirement
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are sourced from legitimate, lawful means. 4.4 Deposit Review

Section 5
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder, in compliance with AML source-of-funds requirements. 5bmw1 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposits, or accounts in names other than the verified account holder.
5.2 Processing Times
5bmw1 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to receiving bank processing times. Processing times may be extended during periods of enhanced due diligence review or where additional documentation is required.
5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been fully completed. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings generated solely from those bonus funds. Real money balances are not affected by this condition.
5.4 Withdrawal Review Rights
5bmw1 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal for up to seven (7) business days where the transaction is subject to AML review, where KYC documents require additional verification, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of the reason for any delay and the documentation required to resolve it.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Promotion Availability

7.1 Game Rules

7.2 RNG Certification

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of 5bmw1's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable Philippine and international law. Player-generated content submitted to 5bmw1 (such as support chat messages or feedback submissions) does not confer any ownership rights on the submitting Player.
Section 11
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5bmw1's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
5bmw1 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages; (c) damages arising from a Player's reliance on game outcomes for financial planning; (d) service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events; or (e) losses arising from a Player's breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 5bmw1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. PAGCOR's statutory consumer protections for Philippine gambling participants remain unaffected by this clause.
Section 12
12.1 Closure by Player
Players may request closure of their 5bmw1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance net of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
12.2 Suspension or Termination by 5bmw1
5bmw1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice where: the Player has violated these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, AML breach, or prohibited conduct; regulatory direction from PAGCOR requires account action; or the Player is identified as a self-excluded individual attempting to access the Platform. Upon termination for cause, any real money balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Section 13
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR's regulatory authority over 5bmw1 is acknowledged and incorporated by reference.
In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and 5bmw1, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through 5bmw1's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If the internal process does not produce a satisfactory resolution within fourteen (14) days, the Player may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. Any litigation arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Section 14
5bmw1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address and/or a notification displayed on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by PAGCOR regulatory direction or applicable law.
Your continued use of the 5bmw1 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any disputed event governs that event.
